End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the KW Design Tommy Bridge ("the Application"), an internal software integration owned and operated by KW Design LLC. The Application is for the exclusive internal use of KW Design LLC and its authorized personnel.

1. License

KW Design LLC grants its authorized personnel a non-transferable, revocable right to use the Application solely for KW Design LLC's internal accounting and operational purposes. The Application is not licensed, sold, or distributed to any third party.

2. Permitted use

The Application may be used only to access and process KW Design LLC's own data, including data from the KW Design LLC QuickBooks Online company file, in support of the company's bookkeeping, reporting, and operations. Any use outside KW Design LLC's internal business is not authorized.

3. Intuit data

Use of QuickBooks Online data through the Application is subject to Intuit's applicable terms and to the Application's Privacy Policy. The Application accesses Intuit data only with valid authorization and only as needed for KW Design LLC's internal purposes.

4. No warranty

The Application is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. KW Design LLC makes no representations regarding accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Users remain responsible for verifying financial information before relying on it.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KW Design LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.

6. Termination

KW Design LLC may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time. Authorization to access QuickBooks Online data may be revoked at any time from within QuickBooks Online (Apps > Manage).
