Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the KW Design Tommy Bridge ("the Application"), an internal integration operated by KW Design LLC ("we," "us"), accesses and handles data obtained from Intuit QuickBooks Online. The Application is used solely for the internal accounting and operations of KW Design LLC. It is not offered to, marketed to, or used by the general public.

What the Application accesses

With your authorization through Intuit's OAuth process, the Application reads accounting data from the KW Design LLC QuickBooks Online company file, which may include profit-and-loss and balance-sheet reports, accounts-receivable and accounts-payable aging, invoices, estimates, payments, customers, vendors, and products/services. The Application is read-oriented; any write operations are limited to records KW Design LLC itself creates in the ordinary course of its own bookkeeping.

How the data is used

Data is used exclusively to support KW Design LLC's own internal financial workflows: reconciliation, accounts-payable and accounts-receivable review, reporting, and cash-flow visibility. The data is not used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to KW Design LLC's bookkeeping.

Storage and security

Data retrieved by the Application is stored locally on KW Design LLC-controlled hardware. Access credentials (OAuth tokens) are stored locally with restricted file permissions and are never embedded in client-side code or shared. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a small business handling its own financial records.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share QuickBooks data with any third party. Data remains within KW Design LLC's own systems and is disclosed only to KW Design LLC personnel and its bookkeeper/accountant acting on the company's behalf, or where required by law.

Data retention

Retrieved data is retained only as long as needed for the company's bookkeeping and audit history, in line with KW Design LLC's internal record-keeping practices. Authorization can be revoked at any time from within QuickBooks Online (Apps > Manage), after which the Application no longer has access.
